Save The Planet AND Your Smile!
This Earth Day, KidSmiles Pediatric Dentistry has come up with a few dental-friendly ways you can help save our planet AND your smile at the same time!
Unplug the power source from the wall after charging to save energy!
Did you know, that if you leave your water running while brushing your teeth, you waste about 5 gallons of water? If you’re brushing twice daily as is recommended by Children’s Dental Group), then you’re wasting 10 gallons of water a day! That equates to 3,360 gallons a year! Multiply that by a family of four, and that’s over 13,000 gallons a year – enough to fill a 24’ above-ground swimming pool – just from turning off the water when you brush your teeth! Amazing!
